Frozen Melbourne Performances to Commence on 25 June

The Australian Tour has just finished its run in Sydney's Capitol Theatre and set to open on 9 June, but had to be halted because Melbourne was put into a circuit-breaker lockdown. It has been confirmed that performances in Melbourne will now start on 25 June.

Statement from the production:

We are thrilled that Melbourne performances of Frozen the Musical will commence Friday 25 June.

In line with the recent Victorian Government announcement, audiences at Her Majesty’s Theatre will be limited to 50% capacity for the first week of performances. As a result, some customers will need to be reallocated.

Patrons will be moved according to when they booked their tickets. Those who booked first will retain their original performance date, and later bookings will be reallocated to another performance, at a time where their original seat selection can be maintained. Those reallocated will have the chance to exchange their tickets with Ticketek to an earlier performance if their reallocated date is not suitable. Impacted ticket holders will be contacted in the next 48 hours by email.

As mentioned in today’s announcement, we look forward to increasing capacity to 100% from 2 July in line with government advice.

We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time, and can’t wait to open the gates to Arendelle!
